Mary Jane Blaquiere

Mary Jane Blaquiere’s Upper Cape real estate career has spanned a period of almost 20 years. During this time she has enjoyed both the challenges and rewards of helping discerning buyers and sellers achieve their real estate objectives.  She was born and raised in Newton, a suburb of Boston, and has a degree in education from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. She began her real estate career with Green Real Estate, a division of The Green Company, which was later sold and renamed Greenscape Realty. In 1996 Greenscape Realty was purchased by Real Estate Associates, offering Mary Jane the opportunity to further her career in both real estate sales and management.                                                            

Having lived and worked in Falmouth since 1978, Mary Jane has the expertise to work with relocation clients, educating newcomers to the exceptional beauty and outstanding quality of life on the Upper Cape. She is an active volunteer in the community, having taught CCD at St. Patrick’s Church for many years, as well as working with the youth group there, and volunteering as a team leader for ECHO of Cape Cod. Currently, she is a volunteer at the Falmouth Service Center. Mary Jane is committed to providing professional representation ,wrapped in caring and knowledgeable personal service.
